I just read the first half of your post, stopped, opened a file that gives me Core Audio errors every new section (about 15 of them), set my process buffer range to Large, Applied, then played the song for the first time. Not a single error! I'm serious. In fact the end of the song is still playing without a hiccup as I'm typing this.
