The topmost is set to zero volume, but the slider and dropdowns are greyed out and can not be adjusted. Thanks Ryan. That does not seem to function. The only way you can even select both conference and other is if you set up an audio policy that inlcudes another provider. If you select other in the meeting options it lets you continue but the audio conference functions are greyed out and the system does not call the conference center.

The meeting details in the Teams calendar/event show all relevant info, links, dial in numbers, etc. We've replicated the issue with scheduled meetings "happening now" and meetings on the fly.

Recently some of my employees started experiencing the loss of audio during Live Meeting sessions, both on the presenter and attendee sides.
