I have my Komplete audio 6 connected to my laptop via USB, monitors via output 1 and 2, Pioneer DJRZ via inputs 1 and 2 (XLR) and Minilogue via input 3 (jack) I can't hear Audio from the Minilogue. Only when I switch it to input 1 or two with a cable I need for the monitors will it work. Even through headphones I get nothing.

I happened to have another mixer kicking around that has balanced 1/4" outs for its master output, so as a test, I ran the record out from my main mixer into a channel on that, and hooked up the master 1/4" outs on the second mixer up to inputs 3 and 4 on the KA 6 using 1/4" cables, and got LEDs and audio input right away.

That has six outputs, so you can do it, but need more hardware, send the program to 1/2 and 5/6, and the cue to 3/4. Then you need a mini mixer to get those outputs merged into left-right for your headphones, and a digital to an analog converter for 5/6. Sounds like a lot, or just return it and get the DJ specific hardware.
