Yes the audio 6 works fantastic with linux as it is a USB 2.0 class compliant device. You will not need the crapware that comes packaged with it. use ardour or renoise or bitwig or anything that is native to linux. for plugins the calf plugin set is an amazing set of complete audio modulation tools. level 2. My OS is Antergos (Arch Linux) and I have Komplete Audio 6 and I'm not capable to make it work with JACK. Antergos detects without problem KA6. I can reproduce videos and audio with KA6 and works perfectly. But with JACK is other storie.
