I'm a Komplete 7 owner. When i got Kontakt 6, i tried out some instruments i had never gotten to try like Kinetic toys, and some things in the new included library , like Ethereal Earth, etc etc. Noticed right away that just playing a few notes sent the cpu up to 20 to 30 percent.

My CPU is a Intel Core i7 8550U - 1.8 GHz quadricore. My DAW is up to date in Version V6.32 (9 July 2021). My Windows 10 Pro is version 20H2 build n° 19042.1110 and last updates have been installed. My midi interface is a KOMPLETE AUDIO 6 MK1 with last firmware 50. My midi piano master is a Yamaha CLP 440.

On my Komplete Audio soundcard-diagnostics it usually gives me "173 usb buffer underruns", for each CPU-spike/jump/dropout. Also, strangely enough, I can not see this being registered in the CPU Performance-diagnostics on the Windows Task Manager (allthough previously I think I might have seen it registered there.. but not with my latest tests).
