The signal strength is minimal but VLC plays the channels fine. Kaffeine lets me change the volume or mute the channel and VLC has no control over the audio. I suspect VLC passes the audio straight through and Kaffeine processes it causing a slight delay which is enough to hear the dropouts. Video works fine and there are no visible dropouts.
