Going just in the midgate will be (2) JL Audio 10W6v2's, (2) JL 500/1v2's, and (1) JL HD600/4. I pretty much have everything worked out the way I want, but if there are any suggestions, please let me know.

I have had both, I personally prefer the Midgate box, The idea of the underseat box sounds great but when you hit the home depot and end up needing that midgate its not easy to remove that stuff on the fly. Also the under the seat box I had Kicker, Boston Acoustics and JL audio they all sounded like they were in a can very hollow sound.

The JL Audio Stealthbox that replaces the midgate is a great sounding system. However as stated earlier it's pretty expensive - around $1200. You also have to consider the rear depth of the box that protrudes into the bed of the truck. Your going to loose some bed space as well as window storage.
