I've got a 2012 Jetta TDI that's had Fender stereo problems from day one and the dealer or VW doesn't know the cure. At start-up it will have noticable distortion in the AM, FM and Media input of all music or talk radio. It doesn't go away until you cycle the ignition on or off anywhere from once to five times.
