When he unplugs his headphones, the audio goes back to the speakers (like it is supposed too). He plugs his headphones back in--headphones are recognized as default device, but audio keeps playing through speakers. Here is the aggravating part. This only happens in Internet Explorer.

I thought that Shawn was asking to change the default audio device from within Internet Explorer. This is not possible through the WMP OCX because Internet Explorer does not expose the necessary APIs through scripting.
