Everything is brand new. 1.3a hdmi cable. the sound comes out of the tv, but the only picture that shows up is the menu on the main screen of the blu ray player. then when the movie starts, netflix or a dvd or blu ray the picture suddenly goes blank, but the audio still works. On component it works fine.
