When you are in iMovie, you will pull the audio track from the iTunes Browser window along the right side (It's a music icon on one of the buttons in a row). Drag from the iTunes Browser and drop it right dead center on the video clip where you want it to start. It should then take the form of a title box, just below the video clip.
