I plan on simply replacing the HLLY circuit board with an AMP5 module from 41Hz Audio. But if HLLY decides to offer the v3.0 circuit board as an upgrade item, that might be more convenient as it will likely be a drop-in replacement. ... The LA4 MK III uses a large choke in Pi configuration for well conditioned power giving superb smoothing for velvety inky black silence.
