    yep this is correct. i dunno for film festivals but usually when u talk HDcam there is regular HD cam with only 4 audio channels and HDcamSR with 12 audio channels. so stereo LTRT and dolbyE should be the correct format for hdcam. but maybe the festival have a pdf page on delivery specs on their site. also watch out for levels.
