17. I have a GTX 670 connected to a Vizio M551d-A2R via HDMI, and the optical output of the TV connected to a VIZIO S4251w-B4 5.1 Soundbar. Just download the Nvidia graphics driver and click custom install. One of the check boxes will be for the Audio. Install it. There is a chance that the BIOS is set to use the HD Audio in Integrated Devices under the Advanced tab. Go into the BIOS and check if it is. I'm not sure if it maters since you are going through the GPU but check it anyway.
