In my case, using an audio sink alone block, GNURadio send to much samples to the audio driver, causing clicks and a wrong pitch. The difference in frequency is about 5%. Tested at 32 Khz and 48 khz the problem is the same. If you disable the blocking for the audio sink block, you should see many overruns.
