GOTsent seems great, but I'm having issues with 5.1 audio and subtitles. The MKV I'm currently working with is h.264, 1080p, AC3 5.1, filters not hardsubbed. - apparently the only way to get AC3 to play on the PS3 unless you choose Mux to VOB and 5.1 in AC3Filter settings.

PS3/360 preference settings: When creating an avi, encode 1080p files to 720p for the 360 (due to performance issues). When creating an MP4, the fallback audio extraction will use 2.0 AAC audio for the 360 and PS3 2.0 profile, but create a 5.1 AAC MP4 for the PS3 5.1 profile. No other settings are effected by this selection (yet).

Was using Gotsent successfully but after formatting PC I'm having trouble. I end up with an MP4 file about 160mb in size which just contains the audio. When Gotsent is running, it extracts video fine, I get a temp h.264 file about 5gb etc, but its when it muxes the mp4 that I just end up with the audio.
