Golden Tube also makes a special edition of the SE-40 (the SE-40-SE) with a larger output transformers but identical circuit layouts. I have had mine for almost one year now and cannot believe my good fortune in being able to afford honest tube "magic" that is damn close to what the VERY expensive top end amplifiers can do.
