There was an early-'90s PC game from Access that was pretty much a NARC rip-off called Crime Wave. LGR did a great retrospective review of it back in 2015: I played this on my PC before I got a decent sound card, so the digitized audio coming from my PC speaker was pretty excellent... even if that music was a rip-off too.
