    the S3 has a 'Mono Music' widget built into touchwiz. I've never used it but suspect that is meant to play music over headsets that don't support stereo sources, but I'm just guessing... Something you might try.. while using the Mono Music widget, go into your bluetooth settings, select the paired headset and see if you have the option 'media audio'.
