Confirma en cli si en G729 esta instalado con el commando core show translation recalc 10. y en la tabla debe aparecer el g729. si no te aparece prueba quitando esta parte del trunco: disallow=all allow=g729 para que la centra sea que negoce los codecs. (verifica tambien con tu suplidor de servicio) Algunos exigen un codec especificos.
