    What you need is a MIDI plugin, not G-Audio. There is one on the asset store, I think it requires Unity Pro though. It's in the Editor Extensions section. You could use G-Audio to build a player that would do what you want, but it would take quite a bit of work and if you're not experienced in audio programming at all, I wouldn't advise it.
