Help! How to connect front panel audio to SoundBlaster Audigy?

The new case has front panel audio (mic in and headphone out) However, SB does not support connecting case audio to their cards. They say that if you want front panel audio, you need to buy buy one of their platinum cards with the drive bay box. However, the tech support guy did give me a link to the pinouts for the cards.

The audigy 2 has the same long connector spot, but my new case has all seperate pins. I can hook them up to the motherboard front panel audio, but not to the card because of two reasons: 1. There you have to connect pin7 (from HD Front Panel Audio) to pin3 (white connector block audigy or x-fi) and pin10 (HD Audio) to pin5 (Audigy or x-fi).
