The front audio connector (J4) on the Karajan Audio Module has 10 pins. The shipped defaults have jumpers on pins 1 & 2 and 5 & 6. Should I leave these as is? Do I need to set other/more jumpers? Seems like I would have to also (or instead?) connect some of the wires from the front jacks to this J4 connector.

There is a jumper on my board and if removed to connect the front ports the rear ports get no signal. It's a VERY poor design and I am a bit shocked that someone would come up with such a poor implementation. I don't think it would take a genius to realise that people want the front connectors for headphones and the rear ports for speakers.
