    As stated everything worked fine before update. I was on voip3.freephoneline.ca but changed to voip and voip2 still only one way audio. Modem is an Arris Surfboard SB6141 and router is a Linksys E1200. Both have latest firmware upgrades and SIP ALG is turned off on router.
