I’m forwarding an incoming sip call to an external phone (over sip) and have no audio in both directions. If I use Follow-Me and the ‘Confirm Calls’-hack, it works (but this can not be a solution). Forwarding ISDN calls makes no problems, also forwarding over ISDN is Ok. It seems to me that there is a problem in FreePBX.

Server is running as a VM on ESXi 5.5 host. We have a problem when attempted to forward inbound external calls back out to an external number such as a mobile.

I can make an inbound call and it rings but when I pick up, no audio on both sides. System is behind an edgerouter X and got all of the rules setup to allow the necessary ports to FreePBX. I've disabled SIP ALG as well. Since static IP is not available for home accounts, I setup DDNS on the Edgerouter. Not sure if that is part of the problem.
