You might want to try MPC, http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/, or Zoom Player Standard too. Playback is CPU bound and the Fraps codec isn't the best codec for playback.

When i view a recorded avi from Fraps, the audio/video starts out in sync but gets worse as the video goes on. The sound ends about 3-4 seconds before the video does. This is from the raw fraps video, no compression. My sound card is the x-fi extrememusic. Any idea whats causing this? thanks
