Foxtel IQ2 HD audio dropout. I'm having an issue when watching Foxtel as the audio cuts/drops out for 0.5-1 second. I have the TV connected to the Foxtel STU via a HDMI cable. I have a older IQHD Foxtel Box which I have had no issues with since I have had it. I have a question with regards to sound options in the settings on the Foxtel Box. There is either AC3 output or MPEG. I have AC3 as the output to a Yamaha sound bar connected via HDMI. Is AC3 5.1 sound ? I am assuming it is.
