The latest AE, however doesn't bring in sound with the SWF files, and the latest Flash doesn't export WAV (or any audio file). I've managed to get some audio out by using export video - convert in media encoder, but the quality is terrible and completely out of sync with the original. Is there some arcane method available that's not obvious?

I am running Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 on OS X 10.11.6. I was previously using a Macbook Pro running OS X Lion 10.7.5. On Lion the cpu usage was pretty high, but the audio and video were in sync. After upgrading to El Capitan, they are now not in sync. Again they are both very high quality, but the video is 1 to 1.5 seconds behind the audio.
