After getting all frames in place, image and audio, when I playback the project the whole pauses for a second before playing the sound effect and continuing the animation. I don't use any Action Scripts, just pure timeline alignment. In the past, when I first used Flash, I didn't have this problem, and it carries over into the exported movie.
