It's the animation that's out of sync, not the audio. So if the audio seems to be lagging, falling behind the animation, reduce the frame rate of the Flash doc. If the audio seems to be running ahead of the animation, increase the Flash doc frame rate. And it works just fine to use fractional framerates.
