So my HTPC is connected via HDMI to my Onkyo receiver, and i am using ffdshow audio decoder. DTS, AC3 and the HD versions of them, all use HDMI Passthrough (see screenshot). But with MP2 i cant get DTS to work. I just cant hear anything. My receiver is just blinking with its HDMI logo, to show me, that it is trying to get a signal.

As long as your Windows Speaker Setup (via speaker icon, bottom right) is configured for 5.1 or 7.1, you should just be able to disable pass-through in ffdshow Audio config (Output tab) for DTS (and Dolby Digital/others), then make sure that the ffdshow Codecs (Codecs tab) for DTS and AC3 are set/ticked (e.g. to libdts and liba52 respectively).
