I have been trying to get FFDshow to be the default Codec for All of Media centers activities(x64). To do this: I installed FFDshow x64 - in the config for both Audio and Video, set ALL codecs to use libavcodec, just so everythings being registered (will change the odd codec like ffmpeg-mt for x264 later).

Does anybody know how to configure WMP 12 or ffdshow to resolve this problem: While WMP 12 plays any video, there is no ffdshow video decoder tray icon, ffdshow audio decoder and Haali Media Splitter only.
