I'm finally playing Far Cry 3 for the first time on PC, and the voices, music, and sounds work, but they sound tinny and super low quality. I thought playing this on headphones would be the best experience, but I was wrong and I just wanted to stop and take them off.

Far Cry 3 audio/voice quality. I've found that the quality of a lot of sounds, especially voices, are very very bad. I thought that with such a great looking game, great sounds would accompany it. The voices are so bad that it's immersion breaking, like the guy you throw knives with or the girl you have to rescue from suicide and kill the komodo dragons.

you all most likely use 5.1 surround sound. The center speaker used for characters voices is set on low volume. This broke with the latest far cry 3 patch! and it was working before. The quality of the voices are good, just set on a low volume. This is a bug but no one seems to care (i made another 2 posts and a topic about this)
