    I just found a way to extract the audio narration track from a keynote I recorded using the voice over feature. I used BetterZip. I right-clicked on my keynote to show the "Open With..." contextual menu. I had the keynote open with BetterZip instead of Keynote and it extracted all the elements of the presentation into a folder.
