    If you have access to a Mac with Toast with Jam, all you need to do is check the pre-emphasis box for each track. On Exact Audio Copy on a PC, there is a way to edit some sort of text file to specify the pre-emphasis. Not very user friendly, but supposedly it works. Haven't tried it myself though.
