Another great free program I use is Mp3tag. Also simple and free to download. To add your new cover to your files, just select the song files you want the cover added to in Mp3tag (Mp3tag comes up as right click option automatically in Windows 10 for me) then in lower left pane select the album art icon and select the cover file you want to use.

If I right click on the cover art area I get three options: Remove Cover Image, Save Cover Image to File, Get New Image From Metadata Provider.

I'm having a problem with EAC and artwork. When I rip a cd into flac, I load my cd and all the information is found without a problem, Album name, Artist, Track name and Album artwork but when the rip is finished all of the tracks have been saved as single tracks plus there is a Cue file and a text docoment but no jpeg image.

If you're ripping a classical CD, you may wish to fill in the Composer/Performer fields. Drag a cover image into the EAC window. I think ~500x500 is a decent size in most cases. Google images is your friend here. If you're ripping a box set, you may wish to use the options under the cover image, otherwise leave them all as "1".

Exact Audio Copy v1.1 to rip CDs into .wav and then convert to .flac with an external program. When loading CDs I'm prompted to search for cover art with the CD Cover Art Downloader. I save my lossless ripped flac files to individual album folders which include album filename. jpg files for the cover art.
