To access the Volume Mixer, first start the EVE client, then left click on the Speaker icon in the bottom right corner in the System Tray (next to the clock), and click on the Mixer link. Default settings with a password works (or how mine has been running for a year). Whenever anybody joins, they need the password and everybody can talk freely. I think allowed mode with a password set, as I can't check in game. I'm the only operator. Hope this helps.
