    Raammat's foam was a super basic and very common formula. Its easy to find for much cheaper (without adhesive backing) if that's what you want to use it for. For automotive purposes, it's not ideal. Too stiff for what we want in a foam, and it breaks down over the years due to temperature fluctuations.

    The RAAMmat was was suprisingly easy to cut and install. It conforms to curves easily. I also used their ensolite product (before they had the adhesive backed version. It was very light weight and easy to install with their adhesive. The combination made a bit difference in my car. Made the body feel solid and less road noise.
