Oct 24, 2020. #1. I have an Elgato HD60s connected to my Switch and when I start the program all is fine and though there may be a fraction audio delay (I have the Elgato Audio Monitoring on "Monitor Only (Mute Output)", after about an hour it gradually goes out of sync. Even around the 30 min mark you can hear the audio delay but it is very noticeable at 1hr.

My sound from my gaming PC is delayed from the video. It gets worse as the time passes. I deactivate and activate the source to get it back on time but only lasts for about 10 minutes. I tried the 650 ms delay but it makes it much worse. I've been trying to research this and Elgato's site does help cause it shows an old version of OBS.

The Elgato has an inherent (about 1.4 to 1.7 second delay "differs depending on your PC specs). So all the the Game Capture will be Delayed. You need to go under "settings" and delay the audio by the same amount "apply" and close "settings.
