    - eac3to can't apply delay only in TrueHD tracks, and add the string "DELAY -5ms" (I don't know how change this) to remember you add the delay when remux. With other tracks, not TrueHD, eac3to cut audio frames or add silent audio frames. then can't be always exact, and show the remaining delay in log without modify the track name.

    The other audio streams show a -17ms delay but the file names are not appended. Looking at the log, it shows the -17ms streams have had a adjustment applied to the stream by eac3to. It also shows that +15ms of the delay could not be applied to the same streams.

    Try to assume 24/1 vs 24/1.001 fps factor difference. If you want to change sound, with eac3to: Code: eac3to "INPUT" "OUTPUT" -24.000 -changeTo23.976. Or in mkvtoolnix GUI set video fps to 24 without changing the audio. Afterwards try to find the correct delay and remux again if necessary.
