All the settings should match and be fine. We made a test disc yesterday. Video looks fine, nothing wrong with that. Menu works correctly. Audio is the problem: it cuts in and out all the time, a little less when played on PS3, DVD-player cuts the most. I'm using separate audio track in .wav format (48kHz/PCM/16bit/192kbps).
