    Thanks for the suggestions. I downloaded Gui for dvdauthor as suggested and gave it a try. It's not as easy to use as I would like, but it will do the job with one exception. Using a test video, I was able to make a DVD with two audio streams that I could switch with the audio button on the remote.

    Empty all files out of the "AUDIO_TS" and "VIDEO_TS" folders within the temp folder used by DVDStyler for DVD generation. Open the "dvdauthor.xml" file from the same folder in a text editor. Copy and paste the audio line for the titleset with multiple language tracks and change the parameters as needed. Save the file.
