My guess is that you might have DTS Extended audio which BD-RB ignores by default. If you edit the BDREBUILDER.INI file and put this in it: DTSX_ENABLE=1 it will enable BD-RB to do something sensible with DTS Extended audio. Your final output is definitely missing audio so we need to figure out why.
