Go to DVD audio settings and select the 2.0 Dolby mix. You can do this in the player menus or in the DVD disc audio settings. Have resolved the audio on my laptop, it was just box tick in the sound menu, but the dvd/cd drive was not resolved and have reverted back to Windows 7 and so the dvd/cd drive has appeared again, so this points to a problem with Windows 10 and not the drivers. It is a Sony All in One computer. Report abuse Was this reply helpful?
