Strangely, I didn't have to add ffdshow audio dec to the post processing on MP but I'm glad it's working now. The source were all MKV files. I don't have many. But any time it had DTS audio, the stutter would show up. Now, everything seems to be working fine but now the stuttering is only happening with the cartoons I've recorded for my daughter.
