sundown, crescendo, american bass, audioque/soundqubed, (i could go on lol) all make great amps. stay away from skar though. complete copys of everything sundown makes, but with lower quality parts, and the owner is a douche. quite a few of the "online" companys like sundown and ab are dealer based fyi.

State, those Clarion amps are pretty nice. If you can do a trade straight up, DO IT. The Audioque amp does not do rated power. They are a little over rated actually. I gurantee your Kicker is doing a couple more watts than the 1200D. Grab that Clarion or a 1750.1 and let it roll. I gurantee you will be happy bud.
