    Transformer has 6 secondary wires (3 red, 3 blue) schematic on transformer calls these 6 wires out as 24 vct 12 amp. I powered it up and measured volts. the two outside wires measure 24 v (when measured together) and middle measures 12v (when measured with one of the outside wires.

    Ok, so I took a second look at the transformer and connected the Mains black to the black lead on primary side of the transformer and the Mains white to the white lead on the primary of the transformer. Then I measured the voltage between the 7volt Buck tap and the outside taps on the secondary and behold I got 17.77Vac.
