The model is C41-100. I did try the reset and nothing changed, still sound, but no picture. We also have a Playstation hooked up that were not able to get to work either. Both the Playstion and DTV receiver are run through a receiver.

No audio/video data packets received from server". I can't play any recordings on my playlist. I already tried rebooting by pressing the red button and unplugging the box, but that didn't help. Anyone know what the problem is? My model is H24-200 btw. Reset all of the DVRs and Receivers using the red button. That worked.
