    Ive been getting this too, not I'm 90% sure its Digidesign Core Audio. I don't want to kill it yet though, cause its always such a pain in the ass to get Pro Tools up and running (update this, install that, no *this* core audio app now.. ugh) I swear, every issue I've had upgrading OS's since 9.2 has been because of Digidesign.
