What I've stated are the facts from diamond audio them selfs, the D7 spec's suck big time, not saying all spec's are true, but i would not even consider an amp that is out of spec for me, now you go by what you go by, but as for me, I tend to choose a amp that is to my spec's that I like, like Macintosh, D9,zapco, Arc, and others.

Oct 23, 2003. #1. this is a review on a diamon tdx 12" dual 2 ohm sub. i have the sub in a sealed enclosure (1.5cubic feet before displacement), running on a 1200 watt amp. this sub sounds great. i haven't thoroughly heard expensive subs like JL W7's to compare this woofer to (diamonds TDX is there highest woofer), but its definately a nice woofer.
